STV is seeking a Senior Roadway Engineer/Project Manager to join our Transportation & Infrastructure team in Oklahoma City or Tulsa, OK. STV Incorporated is a premier transportation and infrastructure consulting firm with a long-standing roadway/highway presence across Oklahoma. Our Oklahoma City team delivers bridge design and inspection services for state highway agencies and municipalities statewide.
In this role, you will lead the design and delivery of meaningful highway and roadway improvements, including alignments, grading, drainage, traffic elements, and related infrastructure. You will also play an important leadership role by guiding junior team members, collaborating across disciplines, and helping deliver high-quality solutions that make a lasting impact for clients and communities.
What you’ll do:
- Build strong working relationships with clients, project managers, and technical teams to support successful project delivery.
- Lead the development of plans, specifications, cost estimates, reports, and final bid packages for state highway and interchange improvement projects.
- Design and coordinate key project elements including horizontal and vertical alignments, drainage, construction staging and traffic control, signing and pavement marking, utility coordination, subconsultant collaboration, and right-of-way plans.
- Contribute to key project decisions related to technical approach, schedule, and budget while helping teams deliver quality results.
- Support business development efforts by contributing to proposals and helping STV pursue exciting transportation opportunities.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or a related field.
- 15 years of engineering experience with strong technical expertise in transportation and highway design.
- Experience designing highways, local roads, drainage systems, and related transportation infrastructure and site work.
- Oklahoma PE license or ability to acquire it.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with clients.
- Proficiency with MicroStation and OpenRoads Designer.

Compensation Range:
