  • Leverage AI automation and agentic solutions to streamline sales workflows and enhance seller productivity.
  • Serve as a liaison between business teams and technical teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment on sales systems solutions.
  • Partner with developers to design and validate customized Salesforce solutions, including Apex triggers, Visualforce pages, and integrations.
  • Lead system testing, including creating test plans, conducting user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensuring quality assurance for Salesforce deployments.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process flows, user guides, and training materials for go-to-market users.
  • Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to provide proactive recommendations and ensure the system meets evolving business needs.

What will you need to have?

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, administration, and core functionalities (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).
  • Familiarity with GTM technology, such as Clari, Outreach, Cloud Coach, Apollo, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Lusha, Dealhub.io, People.ai, D&B, Xactly, etc.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification required; Salesforce Business Analyst Certification or Advanced Admin Certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience leveraging AI tools and technologies to streamline sales workflows, boost seller productivity, and enhance customer engagement.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into actionable Salesforce solutions.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce customization tools like Flows and Lightning App Builder; basic understanding of Apex/Visualforce is a plus.
  • Experience managing or contributing to GTM Systems projects using Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills, with a focus on delivering practical and innovative solutions.
