About the Role
Monks is hiring a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to be embedded at LinkedIn, overseeing international content and campaigns for LinkedIn Talent Solutions (LTS). This role is part of the LTS International Growth Marketing team, focusing on reaching and acquiring new customers at scale through best-in-class marketing programs.
You will partner closely with the Growth Marketing Lead in EMEA to support new business generation for LTS, concentrating on localized content and campaigns for international markets. This includes optimizing conversion rates throughout the marketing funnel across multiple channels such as Google Search Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Emails, Web, and SEO.
Responsibilities
- Project manage the language and creative review process for non-English marketing programs.
- Source in-country reviews of global content and local language content.
- Streamline processes for feedback incorporation and QA of final campaign creatives.
- Develop audience-first and market-led creative insights that inform campaign strategies.
- Build strong relationships with regional marketing teams, global marketing, brand, operations, sales development teams, and agency partners.
- Measure, monitor, analyze, and drive improvement in growth marketing programs.
- Develop a library of local content, insights, and social proof for international markets.
- Operate efficiently across multiple workstreams and communicate progress regularly to stakeholders across different time zones.
- Review performance insights of owned programs to analyze performance and surface opportunities.
About YouEssentials
- 8+ years of marketing experience in B2B digital marketing or corporate marketing.
- Experienced project manager focused on effectiveness and efficiency.
- Strong analytical skills, with familiarity with common analytical tools and CRM systems (e.g., Tableau, Google Analytics, SFDC, Dynamics, MS Excel pivot tables).
- Big picture thinking with meticulous attention to detail.
- Entrepreneurial self-starter with minimal oversight needed.
- Collaborative and team-oriented with excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and strategies.
- Background in managing multi-channel and campaign marketing programs (paid and owned channels).
- Experience working with international teams in different time zones.
