We’re looking for a Senior Acquisition Lead to own growth for our flagship app.
This is a rare opportunity: the product is proven, the tech is fresh, and the path is wide open.
You’ll lead user acquisition from scratch.
Build campaigns. Test channels. Find what works. Kill what doesn’t.
You’ll work closely with our creative lead to tell the right story, to the right audience, in the right way.
And you’ll move fast - launching, learning, and scaling what sticks.
This isn’t a supporting role.
You’ll be the one driving the numbers.
The one uncovering insights.
The one who brings this product to millions.
- Own all paid acquisition for the Photos app - from strategy to execution
- Scale fast: creative, targeting, channels, budget allocation
- Work with our in-house creative lead to craft thumb-stopping performance ads
- Make the most of every install - optimize for revenue, not just CPI
- Leverage Appsflyer, Web2App, and product analytics to guide decisions
- Report clearly, act quickly, and lead growth with confidence
- 0 -> 1 growth experience, especially in mobile apps
- Deep knowledge of UA strategy, execution, and scaling
- Strong campaign and budget management skills
- Proven ability to work with creatives to make ads that work
- Fluent in attribution, mobile analytics, and performance metrics
