How do we work? 

This is a hybrid role expecting 3 days in the office per week Our award-winning Prague office just underwent major renovation creating a collaborative space offering daily on-site snacks, gym, cinema, library, terrace, chill-zones, bike storage, and parking. 

 
About the Role 

Join us at the crossroads of marketing performance, lifecycle retention and growth, user experience, and brand storytelling. As a Senior Growth Designer, you’ll drive the experiments and design solutions that boost acquisition, engagement, upsell, and cross-sell across multiple channels. You’ll pair sharp creative instincts with data-driven iteration to turn ideas into measurable business impact. You’ll foster a positive, collaborative team culture by showing openness, respect, and willingness to support others. About the Team 
 

You’ll be joining the Customer Success Management Design (CSMD) Team, part of the Marketing, Brand, and Communications organization. We’re a fun, diverse, and collaborative group working at the intersection of marketing and product, partnering closely with both to craft seamless, user-focused experiences. Our work spans across email communications and in-product messaging, ensuring users receive the right message, in the right place, at the right time. We’re an impact-driven team that thrives on aligning strategic goals with thoughtful, data-informed design solutions that deliver real value to both users and the business. 

 

Objectives  

  • Drive business through designCreate high-impact, conversion-focused design solutions by combining marketing best practices, compelling storytelling, and user-centered design principles. Ensure every design decision enhances the overall user experience while aligning with business goals and maximizing performance. 

  • Conceptualize & own projects Take full ownership of projects by driving them through all creative stages, including ideation, planning, design, execution, and QA. Collaborate cross-functionally to define goals, develop creative and practical solutions, manage timelines, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards and business objectives. 

  • Optimize for performance Design multiple variants for A/B/C testing to evaluate effectiveness. Analyze performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates (CTR), and conversion rates (CVR), and rapidly iterate based on data insights to continuously improve results. 

  • Align principles Bring brand management best practices to deliver consistent, high-impact brand expression that enhance recognition, and support business objectives across multiple products and channels. 

  • Foster Cross-Functional Partnerships – Collaborate closely with Content Designers, Product, Brand, Legal, and Customer Success teams to align objectives and ensure seamless execution against shared goals and timelines. 

  • Fuel strategy with insight – Turn behavioral data, user research, and competitive intel into actionable growth frameworks and informed strategic deliverables 

  • Bridge growth insight with customer impact Use growth knowledge and UX understanding to shape customer experiences that are timely, relevant, and effectively accelerate business growth. 

  • Adopt and leverage AI tools – Champion early adoption of AI technologies to enhance team workflows, improve creative processes, elevate overall efficiency, and continually exploring new tools to evolve how work gets done. 

 

 

Core Competencies 

  • 5+ years of experience in growth design, crafting high-conversion marketing experiences that blends UX principles, storytelling, and sales strategies to drive engagement and growth across channels – or equivalent experience in a similar field 

  • Extensive knowledge of lifecycle flows (onboarding, engagement, upsell, win-back, etc) and the metrics behind them, as well as deep understanding of information hierarchy 

  • Proficiency in Figma 

  • Creative campaign thinker with the ability to manage multiple projects and tailor advertising and experimentation strategies across customer communication channels 

  • Experienced in consumer psychology and performance levers that nudge behavior 

  • Comfortable presenting ideas and defending decisions with clarity and data 

  • Open-mindedness and a willingness to receive and incorporate feedback into work 

  • Skilled collaborator who thrives in rapid, agile environment 

  • A positive attitude, with an emphasis on maintaining a fun, collaborative team environment 

  • Demonstrated curiosity and adaptability, with a willingness to embrace new tools, workflows, and evolving business priorities in a dynamic environment 

  • Proficiency working within established design systems: confident in maintaining consistency while thoughtfully challenging and contributing to their evolution
