About the Role
 

Join our ambitious growth team as a Senior Growth Analyst and play a crucial role in driving our company to grow by 2,000% within the next 5 years. Your analytical expertise will be crucial in optimising our acquisition strategies, designing and executing impactful growth experiments, building scalable growth analytics systems to further enhance our data-driven decision-making processes. This position offers a very unique opportunity to contribute significantly to our company's rapid expansion and market competitiveness.

Your Daily Tasks will Entail:
  • Data Analysis & Insight Generation: Conduct deep-dive analysis of various growth initiatives, including influencer marketing performance, Google Ads optimization, and new market penetration strategies. Your insights will guide strategic decisions and identify profitable opportunities for expansion.

  • Experimentation & Optimisation: Design, implement, and analyse growth experiments with a focus on increasing activations, improving retention, and reducing costs. Your work will directly influence our ability to scale effectively and efficiently.

  • Reporting & Dashboard Development: Take charge of automating and maintaining comprehensive reporting systems using Looker, Python, and our Data Warehouse. Your reports will enable real-time decision-making and provide actionable insights to key stakeholders.

  • Budget Optimisation: Collaborate with the marketing team to refine our acquisition budget allocation, ensuring maximum ROI across all our marketing channels, and particularly in influencer collaborations and paid advertising.

Your Qualifications:
  • Analytical Acumen: Strong business understanding with the ability to analyse complex datasets and derive actionable insights. A background in STEM and proficiency in Looker, SQL, and preferably Python is highly beneficial.

  • Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience in e-commerce or a related field, with a proven track record of driving growth through data analysis and experimentation.

  • Problem-Solving Skills: Exceptional ability to tackle complex challenges, propose innovative solutions, and drive projects to completion.

  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas clearly and engaging with non-technical stakeholders across different levels of the organisation.
