The Growth Strategy team is focused on ensuring our clients receive value from our products and achieve their business goals, while retaining and growing our client base of the country's largest national and regional health plans. We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Client Advisor to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for building trusted relationships, driving product value, and growing the overall value of our customer relationships. You will be part of a close-knit, high-performing team that is committed to working with customers to discover their specific needs and challenges, and creatively use our technology to address them.

Responsibilities:

  • Promote customer retention, renewals, and growth with national and large regional health plan clients through building trusted relationships across stakeholders, including senior executives.
  • Develop deep understanding of the clients’ needs, objectives, and challenges.
  • Work in very close partnership with delivery managers and the technical team to ensure client’s needs are met, occasionally serving in a hybrid role as a CRM/delivery manager.
  • Work in close partnership with the product team to provide guidance and co-create proactive solutions alongside client partners.
  • Develop KPIsand value stories in concert with the client and delivery team to measure and report on business impact. 
  • Lead during regular client check-ins, QBRs, and other critical touchpoints.
  • Assist in the implementation of new clients. 
  • Make connections with stakeholders from business areas outside of purchased product lines to appropriately cross-sell additional products.
  • Lead on renewals and upsells.
  • Manage scope of work to ensure delivery is within defined expectations in terms of timeliness and quality, while proactively mitigating scope creep risk.
  • Visit clients on-site or at conferences quarterly (approx. 15% travel).
  • Maintain quality records in Salesforce.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience of 7+ years in a client-facing role at a Healthcare, consulting, professional services, SaaS, or IT services firm.
  • Experience in project management in a technical or SaaS environment preferred.
  • Proactive work style, comfort moving at a fast pace and interacting with Executive-level stakeholders.
  • Healthcare and/or Tech sector experience strongly preferred.
  • Master’s degree or equivalent years’ experience preferred.
