About this role
We're looking for a savvy, intellectually curious, and dynamic self-starter to join our team as Senior Product Manager, Marketing Technology.
You’ll be able to balance ambiguity and tackle a new challenge with a proven track record for managing multiple projects and business partners. You’ll work cross-functionally to gather requirements to develop the web product roadmap, discover new indicators of success and track how changes you champion create business value.
This role spans the cohort of brands in Kape Technologies, so it's a great opportunity to learn and manage projects across brands.
Role Responsibilities
Our ideal candidate will be a product manager experienced in building web experiences, working with and customizing content management systems and building workflows for delivering and localizing content at scale. You’ll work closely with our dedicated marketing technology team to prioritize and communicate your vision to improve usability of all our web applications and to increase the speed and quality of delivery of web content created by our content team.
You should understand website metrics and sub-metrics like speed rate, session times, bounce rates and page-indexing scores, and have worked with content management systems (at the minimum as a user) and furthermore, you should be comfortable with implementing tools and projects to improve all of these.
Specifically, you will:
- Develop & communicate the web product & technology roadmap.
- Champion the business case for strategic web initiatives with internal stakeholders, demonstrating the value that each proposal brings to the business with a focus on improving the web experience & site performance across all devices and browsers.
- Define the system that allows other people to split test web functionality and accurately measure the results of tests we run.
- Partner with the marketing teams and technical product managers to define the business requirements or challenges and guide the team towards the solutions (new features and capabilities).
- Provide tooling and technology to the SEO, inbound marketing, PPC and affiliate marketing teams to help them monitor and improve web performance and conversions.
- Oversee new web content & new modules in the CMS tools we use
- Build, iterate and improve processes for the interface between marketing teams and our website.
- Work with the content team to improve processes and augment internal applications for writing, previewing, editing and delivering content via the website.
- Work with the localization team to raise the efficiency and accuracy of localizing large amounts of content in more than 24 languages. Define improvements in internal tooling to aid this.
- Follow trends and technologies that could potentially be applied to improving conversions, user experience or provide new channels for reaching customers.

- Enabling higher volumes of split tests through all our web applications.

Role Requirements
- 5+ years of digital product management experience (ideally in an eCommerce and/or SaaS business)
- Experience managing or using content management systems
- Worked closely with designers and development teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding communication (both written and oral)
- Experience in managing cross-functional partners and multiple stakeholders
- Comfortable working with remote, geographically dispersed teams and across multiple time zones
- Comfortable working on high visibility projects that span across multiple departments and working with senior leadership
