In this role, you will work at the heart of our international ticketing business, enjoying high visibility and direct influence on top management decisions. As a trusted sparring partner to the CFO, COO, and international stakeholders, you will drive transparency, performance, and execution in a dynamic environment.
Working closely with our international markets, you will actively shape the further development of governance, processes, and organizational structures. Through your way of working, you will set standards in speed, pragmatism, and ownership while sustainably strengthening our performance management capabilities.
What you can expect:
- You will act as a trusted advisor and challenger to top management and our international entities, with regular exposure to Board and C-level stakeholders.
- You will oversee 4–6 international business units, conducting performance analyses, identifying root causes, and defining concrete improvement measures.
- You will translate top-level business questions into decision-ready analyses, including topics such as go-to-market strategies, business plans, and scenario analyses.
- You will ensure the consistency and reliability of forecasting and budgeting processes, financial planning, and management reporting.
- Your regular responsibilities will also include supporting the monthly and quarterly closing processes.
- You will strengthen central performance management through effective prioritization, action planning, and rigorous progress tracking.
- You will work closely with Business Development, Finance, and local management teams across our international markets.
- Several years of relevant professional experience in top management consulting, corporate finance, or controlling.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage confidently at senior leadership level.
- Solid knowledge of financial processes and tools (e.g. Unit4 FP&A and LucaNet).
- The ability to structure complex topics and deliver results quickly.
- A high level of ownership, proactivity, and executional excellence.
- Experience in transformation projects or working within complex organizational structures.
- Strong analytical skills combined with an entrepreneurial mindset and a pragmatic approach.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the confidence to operate effectively in an international environment.
- Business-fluent English and German language skills.
