About the opportunity:

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to help define and elevate our visual identity across multiple touchpoints. You’ll work closely with our global design and marketing teams to craft bold, compelling visuals that shape the look and feel of the WOO brand. What you’ll be working on:

• Leading the creative development of brand campaigns, social content, event assets, and product visuals across WOO X and WOOFi.
• Driving design consistency across global and regional teams, ensuring our visual output is sharp, scalable, and on-brand.
• Collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, content, and product teams to bring ideas to life through strong visual narratives.
• Advocating for creative excellence by contributing to brand direction, design systems, and internal creative reviews.
• Staying plugged into design trends, crypto culture, and emerging tools to keep our creative edge fresh and competitive.

About you:

• At least 5-8 years of professional experience in established branding agencies, creative studios, or in-house design teams.
• A strong portfolio that shows off your versatility, craft, and creative problem-solving.
• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Figma); the rest is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, you can explain design rationale clearly and collaborate across teams with ease.
• Extensive technical knowledge of branding systems is a plus.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
• Knowledge of UI/UX systems, motion graphics, or illustration is a plus.
• Interest in blockchain, DeFi, and crypto-native culture is a bonus.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
