Senior Graphic Designer

A private investment firm is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer with strong experience in pitch decks, financial visualization, and sales enablement materials. The ideal candidate is autonomous, strategic, and highly skilled in Figma, with the ability to translate complex financial information into sophisticated, investor-ready visuals. This role focuses on designing high-quality presentations, one-pagers, and social media content that align with the firm’s brand and resonate with institutional investors and financial professionals. Experience in private equity or investment firms is highly preferred.

Location: Fully Remote (Work from Home) | 9 AM - 5 PM EST

Key Responsibilities

• Investor & Sales Enablement Design – Create polished, data-driven pitch decks that effectively communicate investment matters. Design infographics, charts, and financial visualizations that make complex data accessible and compelling. Develop one-pagers and executive summaries that clearly articulate key financial and investment insights.

• Marketing & Social Media Design – Produce high-end social media graphics for portfolio companies of the firm. Maintain brand consistency across digital and print assets. Work closely with marketing teams to enhance digital engagement through visual storytelling.

• Web & UI/UX (Bonus) – If applicable, manage outside help and support website design and UI/UX enhancements in Figma. Collaborate with developers and marketing teams on digital design needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design, ideally in private equity, investment banking, or finance.

• Expert-level proficiency in Figma for designing presentations, pitch decks, and digital assets.

• Strong data visualization skills—ability to create charts, infographics, and investment summaries.

• Experience designing sales enablement materials, including one-pagers, social content, and marketing collateral.

• Proven ability to work autonomously, translating briefs into sophisticated, investor-ready designs.

• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency.

• Strong understanding of typography, layout, and corporate design principles.

Nice-to-Have (Not Required)

• Experience in web/UI design and familiarity with website development tools.

• Background in financial communications, investor relations, or corporate branding.

• Familiarity with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, and Notion.
