We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our Poznań office.

Your future team:

As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be part of Marketing & Branding, a design and digital production team responsible for creating visual assets for ROCKWOOL’s internal departments. You will work closely with partners, designers and animators, communicating daily with marketing stakeholders from all parts of the ROCKWOOL Group organization.

What will you be doing:

You will report to the Visual Asset Design Team Lead and join a team of professionals responsible for design and design production globally. You will be responsible for executing all graphic design tasks. You will also be required to:

  • Design corporate visual assets—both physical and digital—such as marketing materials, presentations, infographics, social media assets, banners, and email templates.
  • Maintain brand consistency.
  • Closely collaborate with internal stakeholders across the Group.
  • Handle the design process from brief and idea to final output files requested by the partners.
  • Support the design process and reviews of marketing collaterals.
  • Manage and execute multiple projects with varying deadlines.

What you bring:

Technical skills:

  • Experience: 5+ years as a graphic designer in an agency or a large multinational organization.
  • Project management: direct client communication experience, advanced time management and project scoping skills.
  • Graphic Design Proficiency: Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Some working knowledge of Adobe CC motion and video software (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Basic knowledge of 3D software (Cinema 4D or Blender) and 3D workflow (modelling, texturing, rendering, etc.) is welcome.
  • Technical mindset in creating projects, templates, assets, etc.
  • Design skills: Proficient with typography and composition principles to create visually harmonious and impactful designs with ability to effectively use typefaces to enhance readability, hierarchy, and overall design aesthetics.
  • C1/C1+ English proficiency.
  • Portfolio of own previous projects is a must.

  • Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to identify design challenges and develop solutions that address both user needs and business objectives.
  • Communication Skills: Effective communication with team members, stakeholders, and clients to convey design concepts, receive feedback, and collaborate effectively throughout the design process.
  • Time Management and Prioritization: Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks efficiently to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous in design execution and ensuring accuracy in every aspect of the design, from layout and spacing to color and imagery.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn: stay updated with emerging trends, technologies, and design best practices, and be willing to adapt your skills accordingly.
  • Autonomy: ability to work autonomously and independently in a corporate environment without constant supervision.
