The Opportunity –
We're seeking an exceptional Senior Graphic Designer to add their unique touch to our expanding creative team! 

Who You Are –
The ideal candidate is artistic, proactive, collaborative, resourceful, dependable, and highly organized – you’re passionate about every aspect of design and believe that no job is too big or small. You are a conceptual, hands-on, creative problem-solver passionate about delivering impactful visuals while sweating the details. You find inspiration everywhere and get excited about sharing your design rationale with compelling storytelling. You are experienced not only in design but also typography, taking in creative briefs and developing layouts that translate across various platforms and media, including experiential, branding, identity design, print, digital, social, and OOH (motion design is a plus). You are highly skilled in traditional design programs, from Adobe Creative Suite to PowerPoint, and have expert print, digital, and experiential media production knowledge. You can communicate effectively with art directors, project managers, account leads, writers, sales teams, and event production.

What You'll Do –
As a Senior Graphic Designer, you’ll play a crucial role under our VP of Creative Services, Creative Director, and our talented team of strategists. You’ll be instrumental in supporting the Allied Sports team and our clients in all aspects of visual output across multiple top-tier clients and internally. From deck design to branding to social media posts and experiential spaces, your work will make a significant impact.

Requirements –

  • 5+ years of relevant industry experience
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, fine arts, marketing/communication, or similar field preferred
  • A link to an online portfolio showcasing your award-worthy work
  • Strong design and conceptual skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of motion and CGI a plus
  • Ability to maintain an understanding of clients’ brand and design needs
  • Understanding of print production, including large-format
  • A “no job is too small” attitude
  • Receptive to creative feedback and adaptability in the creative/design development process 
  • Self-driven, eager to learn, and goal-oriented
  • Proactive ability to think strategically and creatively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and highly organized
  • Team player with the ability to work cross-functionally
  • Ability to multi-task

Details –

  • Base salary range in New York, NY: $80K-100K annual
  • This represents the salary range that Allied Sports, in good faith, might be willing to pay for this job at the time of this posting. Actual base salary depends on several factors, including market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), and level of responsibility. Allied Sports expects to hire for this position near the middle of the range. Allied Sports would consider paying a salary or rate near the higher end of the range only in truly exceptional circumstances, where an external candidate has experience, credentials, or expertise that far exceed those required or expected for the position.
  • Hybrid schedule: Office in New York, NY with 3 days in-office (Tues-Thurs) and 2 days remote (Mon & Fri) weekly.
  • Open to a fully remote schedule for potential candidates outside the NYC area who have substantial experience, skills, and work ethic.
