- Ensure all creative work complies with brand guidelines and visual identity standards
- Support team development through mentoring and knowledge sharing
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in creative/design roles
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- Ability to design for motion (thinking in moving images) and collaborate effectively with motion designers
- Strong communication skills and openness to collaboration
- Initiative, creativity, and meticulous attention to quality
- Knowledge of current trends in visual communication and marketing
- Familiarity with AI tools (bonus)
- DTP experience is a nice-to-have but not required
