Role Description:
Senior Graphic Designer within the Marketing Department. This role is essential to ensuring high-quality visual communication, brand consistency, and strong creative execution across all marketing and digital platforms.This position will strengthen the department’s creative capabilities, enhance brand consistency, and ensure visually compelling communication that supports marketing objectives and long-term brand growth.
Job Description:

• Designing high-quality visual materials for digital and marketing channels, including social media, websites, presentations, campaigns, and advertisements

• Developing creative concepts that align with brand identity, marketing objectives, and campaign goals

• Ensuring consistency in visual style, branding, and design standards across all platforms

• Creating graphics for online platforms such as social media, websites, email campaigns, and YouTube thumbnails, etc.

• Supporting personal branding visuals for executives or key team members when required

• Collaborating closely with marketing, content, and media teams to deliver unified and impactful visuals

• Preparing design files for digital use and ensuring quality control across all outputs

• Managing multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

• Staying updated on design trends, visual storytelling techniques, and digital best practices

• Presenting creative ideas, design concepts, and visual solutions to senior management

Job Requirements:

• +5 years of experience in Graphic Designing.

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or a related field

• Master’s degree is preferred

• Strong expertise in graphic design, visual communication, and branding

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and design tools such as Canva

• Solid understanding of digital design requirements for social media, websites, and online campaigns

• Ability to translate marketing strategies into clear and compelling visual designs

• Strong attention to detail and high aesthetic judgment

• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Basic understanding of motion graphics or video design is a strong advantage
