We are looking for an experienced Graph Database Engineer with deep expertise in Neo4j, data modelling, and AWS cloud technologies. The ideal candidate understands complex data relationships at an architectural level, can make decisive platform choices, and excels at designing scalable, cloud-native solutions that bridge business goals with engineering excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Design & architect graph data models in Neo4j for complex, interconnected datasets — ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Own end-to-end data architecture decisions for graph and cloud-native platforms, translating business requirements into robust technical blueprints.
- Build and optimise data pipelines integrating graph databases with AWS services (Lambda, S3, Glue, ECS/EKS, EC2) and external APIs.
- Lead graph query optimisation using Cypher — writing performant queries, tuning indexes, and profiling execution plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams — product, data science, and engineering — to define data standards, schemas, and best practices.
- Champion data governance, lineage, and quality standards across the graph data platform.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to architectural reviews, design documents, and technical roadmaps.
Requirements
- Neo4j expertise: hands-on experience with Neo4j, Cypher query language, APOC library, and graph data modelling patterns.
- Data architecture: proven ability to model complex relational and graph datasets and make high-impact platform decisions.
- AWS cloud services: practical experience with Lambda, S3, EC2, Glue, ECS/EKS, and designing cloud-native architectures.
- Data integration: experience designing APIs, ETL/ELT pipelines, and scalable data ingestion patterns.
- Problem-solving & communication: ability to break down ambiguous problems and communicate architectural tradeoffs clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Benefits
- Comprehensive Medical Coverage:Health insurance of INR 5.0 Lakhs for you and your family (up to 6 members), ensuring complete peace of mind.
- Robust Protection Plans:Group Personal Accident Insurance and Group Term Life Insurance to safeguard you and your loved ones.
