Why This Job Is ExcitingAs Senior Government Sales Manager – North Asia, you will drive and expand Innovatrics’ partner-led business across the region, with a primary focus on government opportunities. You will build and develop strategic partnerships in your territory, enabling the delivery of biometric identity solutions into government programs as well as selected enterprise and OEM opportunities. You will engage partners with strong access to Ministries of Interior, National Police, Border Authorities, Civil Identity Agencies, and other public sector institutions, while maintaining regular exposure to end-user stakeholders.
In addition to government programs, you will support partner-driven opportunities in enterprise and OEM segments, where Innovatrics technology is integrated into solutions for banks, telcos, digital platforms, and connected devices.
This role places you at the center of strategic identity and security programs across North Asia. You will work through a dynamic partner ecosystem to enable national-scale government projects, while also unlocking enterprise and OEM growth opportunities in some of the most advanced technology markets globally.
Success in this role means establishing Innovatrics as a trusted biometric partner in the region and building a scalable, partner-driven revenue engine with both regional and global reach.
In a nutshell, you will:
- Drive new government business across North Asia through strategic partners
- Acquire and develop key regional partners with access to government and enterprise opportunities
- Position Innovatrics ahead of tenders through early partner and stakeholder engagement
- Build senior-level relationships with partners and maintain exposure to government end users
- Support partner-driven enterprise and OEM opportunities across the region
- Lead disciplined opportunity qualification and bid orchestration
- Build and maintain a structured, multi-quarter pipeline
📅 Within one month, you will:
- Complete onboarding on Innovatrics’ government portfolio (ABIS, AFIS, eCivil ID, Border Control)
- Build relationships with internal teams—Sales, Solutions, Engineering, and Professional Services
- Learn key customer use cases and regional market dynamics
- Learn our CRM (Zoho), tools, and account segmentation model
- Shadow partner and customer interactions
- Take ownership of initial partner landscape and opportunities
📅 Within three months, you will:
- Map priority partners across South Korea, China, and Japan
- Identify key system integrators, technology partners, and OEM players
- Establish executive-level relationships with selected partners
- Identify and qualify initial government and enterprise opportunities
- Build early-stage pipeline with clear prioritization
- Align internally on positioning and partner strategy
📅 Within six months, you will:
- Formalize strategic partnerships in at least one priority market
- Position Innovatrics in active government opportunities through partners
- Advance at least one opportunity to late-stage or formal procurement
- Expand pipeline with multi-segment coverage (government, enterprise, OEM)
- Deliver structured and reliable forecast visibility

- Secure at least one strategic government program or major partner-led deal
- Establish Innovatrics as a credible partner in at least one key market
- Build a sustainable multi-quarter pipeline across the region

You are an experienced sales professional with a strong background in government and partner-led business across North Asia.
You understand how to navigate complex, partner-driven sales environments and how to position high-impact technology solutions in government contexts.
You are comfortable engaging both partners and end users, and you know how to influence opportunities early—well before formal tenders.
You combine strategic thinking with execution discipline. You can build partner ecosystems while actively driving deals forward.
You are a highly self-sufficient individual capable and willing to take ownership of the entire sales process ranging from the initial lead qualification, through proposal preparation all the way to agreement conclusion, and the subsequent account management.

- 10+ years of experience in government or partner-led sales
- Proven experience working with system integrators and partner ecosystems
- Experience with biometrics, national ID, law enforcement, or similar government systems
- Background in identity, cybersecurity, or mission-critical infrastructure
- Strong understanding of government procurement environments
- Fluent in English, Korean, and Chinese
- Executive presence and negotiation maturity
- Comfortable working in a hybrid/remote setup
- Willingness to travel extensively across the region (40–60%)
