Job DescriptionBusiness to Go Solutions. Translate business problems into technical designs, working with the team to ensure a clean, idiomatic Go implementation and delivery
Scalable Go Architecture. Envision and work hand-in-hand with colleagues to develop a highly scalable software architecture for our API written in Go
Agile & Craftsmanship. Embrace modern agile methodologies and extreme programming practices like TDD and pair programming

Architectural Foundations: Solid understanding of engineering principles (SOLID, clean architecture) and distributed software design
Data & Caching Layer: Strong hands-on experience with MySQL (optimization, indexing) and Redis (caching, data structures)
GenAI Innovation: Experience with GenAI or similar technologies to help drive modern product features
Clear Communication: Fluent English communication skills

Skills Required
- 5+ years writing idiomatic Go, including use of native concurrency primitives
- Proven expertise with Symfony or Laravel (PHP frameworks)
- Experience optimizing and indexing MySQL databases
- Hands-on experience with Redis for caching and data structures
- Strong understanding of SOLID principles, clean architecture, and distributed system design
- Ability to independently execute complex, low-latency tasks from design to production
- Experience with GenAI or similar technologies to drive product features
- Familiarity and willingness to apply TDD and pair programming within agile workflows
- Fluent English communication skills
