Job requirements

• Job Title: Senior Golang Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Golang Developer with expertise in Kafka, Neo4j, Temporal.io, and Kubernetes to join our team. This role requires deep backend development knowledge, strong database skills, and experience with cloud-native technologies.




Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend applications using Golang.
• Implement and manage event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka, including producers, consumers, and stream processing.
• Develop and optimize graph database solutions using Neo4j and Cypher query language.
• Work with Temporal.io for workflow orchestration and distributed systems management.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and gRPC services for seamless system integration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver scalable, high-quality software.
• Optimize system performance, troubleshoot issues, and improve reliability.
• Implement containerization using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
• Follow Agile best practices and CI/CD pipelines for deployment automation.




Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in backend software development, with at least 3 years in Golang.
• Strong expertise in Kafka, including topic configuration, schema registry, stream processing, and CDC (Change Data Capture) patterns.
• Hands-on experience with Neo4j, Temporal.io, and distributed databases.
• Proficiency in Java Spring Boot, Microservices Architecture, and Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Solid understanding of NoSQL databases, Redis caching, BPM/BRMS frameworks (Camunda, Flowable).
• Familiarity with GitOps, feature flags, and Kubernetes-based deployments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in Agile environments.




Preferred Skills

• Experience with GraphQL, gRPC, and event-driven microservices.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps and CI/CD practices.
• Knowledge of security best practices in cloud-native applications.
