This role reports to the Senior Manager and sits within the Nike.net Business Team. The team partners across Global Sales, Geographies, and Technology to align strategy, remove friction, and accelerate digital wholesale. - 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital merchandising, business-to-business or business-to-consumer platform strategy, analytics, sales, or sales support functions
- Experience partnering with product and technology teams to shape requirements and influence platform roadmaps
- Proven strength in analytics, problem-solving, and translating insights into measurable outcomes
- Experience supporting platform launches, capability rollouts, and go-to-market readiness
- Proficient in AI tools, Excel, AirTable
You will drive the evolution of Nike.net’s Buy and Post‑Purchase experience—powering how wholesale partners shop, transact, and manage orders. You will shape priorities, define opportunities, and ensure the platform delivers measurable business impact while meeting the needs of global sales teams and partners.
- Partner with Global Sales, Geographies, Product, and Technology teams to translate strategy into clear platform priorities and roadmap inputs
- Act as the business subject matter expert across Buy and Post‑Purchase capabilities, including product discovery, product pages, search, cart, checkout, and order management
- Identify and unlock opportunities to drive revenue growth, platform adoption, and operational efficiency
- Define, track, and report on key performance indicators including adoption, engagement, and revenue impact
- Lead discovery work, build business cases, and inform prioritization of new capabilities
- Support user acceptance testing, go-to-market readiness, and successful platform launches
- Collaborate across cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, remove friction, and deliver seamless wholesale experiences
