Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead in-depth analysis of client's current business processes, identifying opportunities for optimization and automation using ServiceNow.
- Develop comprehensive business process re-engineering strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery.
- Translate complex business requirements into detailed functional specifications and actionable ServiceNow implementation plans.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights on ServiceNow capabilities and industry best practices to support strategic decisions.
- Coordinate with project managers, technical teams, and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of ServiceNow projects that meet and exceed client expectations.
- Spearhead change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transition and high adoption rates of new processes and systems.
- Design and deliver tailored training programs to clients, empowering them with the knowledge to maximize the benefits of their ServiceNow investment.
- Lead, mentor, and develop junior consultants, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning within the team.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent combination of education, training, and practical experience
- 5+ years of proven experience in business process consulting, with a strong focus on ServiceNow solutions.
- Demonstrated success in leading large-scale ServiceNow implementation projects with significant business impact.
- Comprehensive knowledge of ServiceNow’s platform capabilities and how they can be leveraged to solve business challenges.
Functional & Desired Skills
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and client management skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of an organization.
- Strong leadership qualities and experience mentoring team members.
- Certification in ServiceNow System Administration or ServiceNow Implementation Specialist is a plus.
