Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead the development of functional specifications, business process models, and solution architectures to support the design and implementation of IT systems and applications.
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business requirements, identify process improvements, and define strategic roadmaps for IT transformation initiatives.
- Design and document end-to-end business processes, use cases, and workflows, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and standards.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to project teams, including functional analysts, business analysts, and solution architects, guiding them through the software development lifecycle and ensuring adherence to project timelines and standards.
- Conduct stakeholder workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and user acceptance testing (UAT) sessions to validate solution design and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on emerging technologies, software development methodologies, and industry trends, providing insights and recommendations to inform solution design and architecture decisions.
- Participate in pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations, technical presentations, and proposal development, to support business development and client engagement efforts.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field; or 3+ years of related work experience.
- 8+ years of experience in functional analysis, business process design, or solution architecture, with a focus on designing and implementing complex IT solutions for enterprise clients.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
- Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into clear and actionable functional specifications, use cases, and workflow diagrams.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly understand and address business challenges and opportunities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including clients, technical teams, and senior management.
- Master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience working with enterprise software solutions, CRM systems, ERP systems, or custom-developed applications is a plus.
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), ITIL 4, or Project Management Professional (PMP) are desirable but not required.
