About the Job

We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Software Engineer who will take an active role in developing web, mobile, and desktop solutions in a full stack setup. This role combines backend and frontend development responsibilities and requires the ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions. The position contributes to software architecture, applies modern development practices, and works closely with cross-functional teams.

This is a hybrid position with 3 office days per week at our office in Hacettepe Teknokent.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle
• Hands-on experience applying SOLID, DRY, KISS, and YAGNI principles
• Ability to think in a domain-driven way and translate complex business processes into clean code
• Familiarity with Cloud computing and having hands-on experience with services from at least 1 cloud provider among AWS, GCP or Azure
• Being able to implement, monitor and orchestrate distributed systems.
• Experience with refactoring, code reviews, and maintaining sustainable codebases
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Proficiency in Git-based version control workflows

Nice to Have:

• Effective use of AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, Antigravity, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot)
• Familiarity with Kubernetes
• Hands-on DevOps experience
• A continuous learning mindset and openness to new technologies
• Experience with high load systems
• Experience with microservices and architectural patterns such as DDD, CQRS, and MediatR
• Knowledge of Storybook, E2E testing tools, or design systems

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop RESTful and GraphQL APIs
• Create and optimize database models
• Develop software components aligned with event-driven architecture principles
• Work with message broker services such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, or Azure Service Bus
• Implement logging, monitoring, and observability solutions
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps
• Write unit tests and ensure overall software quality
• Manage tasks and track sprints using Azure DevOps
• Apply software development best practices and coding standards
• Enhance domain knowledge and share it among the team

Frontend Focus (at least one area is expected):

Option A – Web & Mobile Development (React / React Native)

• Develop modern, accessible, and high-performance web applications using React
• Build mobile applications with React Native, including platform-specific configurations
• Implement UI in line with UI/UX principles
• Manage application versioning and release processes

Option B – Desktop & Edge Applications (WPF / WinForms / ASP.NET MVC)

• Develop and maintain desktop applications using WPF or WinForms
• Maintain and support ASP.NET MVC–based web applications
• Develop desktop, console, or edge-device–oriented applications
