🧪 Full-stack engineer with backend focusWe are looking for an innovative, self-motivated full-stack developer primarily responsible for building our next-generation Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) ECG diagnostics portal. The role includes everything from data ingestion and database design to modern front-end web. This role reports to Director of Software but you’ll have a lot of exposure to the entire leadership team with room to grow.
✅ RequirementsMinimum of 5 years experience in full-stack development, with a strong focus on backend technologiesBachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, or a related field.Strong skillset in Javascript (TypeScript strongly preferred), Node.js, Next.js/ReactStrong experience with dynamic front-end rendering like progressive loading, continuous scrolling, and zoomingStrong experience with modern AI workflows.Strong experience with AWS serverless, distributed computing, and big data.Experience in managing infrastructure, databases, CI/CD, and DevOps, with a focus on scalability and security.Experience integrating 3rd party solutionsStrong SQL skills and experience with Postgres or similar RDBMS.Strong communication skills in English to liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What We Do
WearLinq is a provider of digital healthcare solutions with a focus on ambulatory electrocardiogram (ECG) monitoring. The unique WearLinq system is designed to elevate the standard of remote cardiac monitoring by the enhanced detection of heart rhythm disorders and effectively reducing overall healthcare costs. The Wearlinq platform (or system) includes the first FDA cleared 6-lead cardiac monitor with multidimensional views of the heart for electrocardiogram (ECG) studies. Wearlinq is an Independent Diagnostic Testing Facility (“IDTF”) with clinical operations in Rockville, MD.
