About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and self-driven Senior Fullstack Engineer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in both frontend and backend development, capable of delivering high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to build and enhance our web applications.
What You’ll Do
1) Fullstack Development & Ownership
- Design, build, and maintain web applications across the full stack
- Write clean, efficient, and testable code using modern frameworks
- Take full ownership of assigned projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables
2) Technical Collaboration & Product Delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features
- Troubleshoot and debug technical issues effectively and in a timely manner
- System Design & Optimization
- Participate in architectural reviews and technical decision-making
- Optimize application performance and scalability
- Contribute to system and codebase documentation
3) AI & Tooling Enablement
- Utilize AI tools (e.g., AI-assisted coding platforms) to enhance productivity
- Integrate and suggest tool improvements for team efficiency

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in fullstack development
- Proficiency in React.js, Node.js, Laravel, and PHP
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and modern web architecture
- Experience in building web applications using NextJS
- Experience working with Blade templating engine
- Proactive mindset and eagerness to learn
- Ability to work independently and drive projects forward
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience in utilizing AI tools during development (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Tabnine, Cursor, Claude Code)
