Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Fullstack Engineer who is bilingual in Python and React, with a proven track record in building scalable architectures on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) . You should have a built-in hunger for building new things and embracing changes.
You will play a significant role in building the world's first Consumer Therapy AI Product (someone said RAG? But we mean a real one that works in production...).
This is a critical role in a high-growth, fast-paced B2C startup, requiring a leader who can advocate for Engineering requirements, tech-debt and best practices while promoting a product-mindset and putting our customers front and center.

Owning features end-to-end from figma to planning to deployment, ability to work autonomously
Design and develop scalable backend systems and scalable UI’s, including APIs, microservices, responsive user interfaces and a great user experiences
Advocate clean code practices, we expect your voice to be heard
Lead technical initiatives through code reviews, debugging, and architectural discussions
Collaborate cross-functionally with other developers, product managers, and stakeholders
Drive innovation by exploring and integrating emerging technologies, particularly in AI and cloud services
At least +6 years of experience as a Senior Fullstack Engineer (React/Python/Django) in 2-3 different teams, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment.
Deep understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL), queues
Proven experience with cloud architecture (GCP, AWS, etc) and microservices including the ability to design and scale distributed systems
Strong understanding of observability practices
Excellent problem-solving skills with demonstrated success in fast-paced environments.
Some experience with AI / RAG / Prompt Engineering / ML-driven features.
Background in B2C product development.
Familiarity with GraphQL, WebSockets, and real-time systems.
