Your Mission
As a Senior Fullstack Engineer at Canopy, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of oncology care through technology. Collaborating with a team of top-tier engineers, clinicians, and product professionals, you will drive innovation by developing and optimizing our platform. Your contributions will directly impact thousands of cancer patients and healthcare providers, ensuring a seamless and efficient care experience. This role involves working across the full development lifecycle, from concept and design to deployment and iteration, keeping Canopy at the cutting edge of digital healthcare solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Develop & Innovate – Architect, develop, and deploy impactful features that empower care teams and improve patient outcomes.
• Solve Complex Challenges – Build scalable, fault-tolerant systems and optimize performance to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Enhance Our Tech Stack – Continuously refine and expand our infrastructure, leveraging modern frameworks and cloud technologies.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Work closely with product managers, clinicians, and fellow engineers to align technical solutions with real-world healthcare needs.
• Mentor & Guide – Provide technical leadership, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of engineering excellence.

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise software development.
• Strong expertise in backend development (preferably JavaScript/TypeScript, NodeJS) and frontend technologies (React preferred).
• Experience maintaining high-uptime production systems with strict security and privacy requirements.
• Familiarity with cloud environments (GCP/AWS) and CI/CD best practices.
• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for solving complex problems.
