Overview
As a Fullstack Engineer at SALT, you will play a critical role in developing and maintaining both the front-end and back-end components of our web applications. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new features while ensuring top-notch performance and scalability.
Experience Required: 2 - 5 years of fullstack development experience.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain key SALT products such as Inward Remittance, FDI, and Trade, and develop new features to enhance them.
Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and responsiveness.
Identify bottlenecks, debug issues, and ensure high-performance applications.
Work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver new features.
Required Skills
Proficiency in Python and Node.js.
Strong experience with MongoDB and PostgreSQL.
Hands-on experience with AWS services (mandatory).
Solid understanding of front-end technologies such as React JS / Next JS.
Soft Skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
