The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer who wants to build category-defining products — not just punch tickets. You’ll join a high-impact, cross-functional team focused on shipping end-to-end features that shape how people value, trade, and manage alternative assets. You’ll write clean code, make smart trade-offs, and work closely with product and design to solve real user problems (fast). If you have strong product instincts, full ownership mentality, and a bias toward action, you’ll thrive here.

What You’ll Do Here:
  • Own the work. Design, build, and launch features from end to end — from backend services to frontend UIs and everything in between.

  • Prioritize impact. Identify areas of highest leverage and dive in. You’ll make thoughtful trade-offs between speed, quality, and scope to ship the right solutions quickly.

  • Think like a product owner. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to turn ambiguous ideas into working products that customers love.

  • Build for scale. Ensure our systems are performant, reliable, and maintainable as we grow.

  • Be a multiplier. Help level up your teammates through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and technical mentorship.

What You Bring to the Table:
  • 5+ years of backend experience (Python, Postgres, AWS or similar cloud infrastructure) and frontend experience (React, React Native, JavaScript/TypeScript)

  • A track record of owning features or systems from design to production

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills — you write great docs, ask smart questions, and give thoughtful feedback

  • A user-first mindset with a sharp eye for clean UX and performance

  • Bonus: You’re familiar with the collectibles space or alternative asset marketplaces

Base salary range: $170,000–$195,000, plus equity. Offers may vary based on experience, location, and other factors.
