Senior Fullstack Engineer / AI

As a Senior Fullstack Software Engineer, AI at Bloom Growth, you will design and deliver intelligent systems that power our platform and enhance the customer experience. This role blends fullstack development with a focus on backend and AI systems, building client-facing capabilities that are scalable and reliable. You’ll partner closely with product and cross-functional teams to turn business needs into high-quality engineering outcomes. Your work will directly impact product quality, user experience, and our continued growth.

• Design and deploy scalable AI models and intelligent system features
• Build and support backend systems powering AI-driven functionality
• Establish and scale MLOps practices for production AI solutions
• Partner with product and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions
• Ship iterative improvements using agile methodologies and real-world feedback
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate development and improve workflows
• Maintain high standards for code quality, reliability, and scalability
• Champion DevOps practices including CI/CD and system monitoring

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• 2+ years building and scaling AI solutions in production
• Experience developing client-facing AI capabilities
• Strong backend and data systems experience
• Hands-on experience with cloud, CI/CD, and containerization
• Strong communication skills in a remote environment

• Experience leading projects or mentoring engineers
• Experience with RAG, prompt systems, or AI evaluation frameworks
• Experience in SaaS or B2B environments
• Experience with AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude Code)

The expected base salary range for this role is $150,000–$190,000 USD, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and geographic location. Bloom Growth™ follows an equitable, market-aligned compensation philosophy to ensure fairness and consistency across our fully remote team.
