We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with strong experience in building scalable, high-quality web applications using React, Next.js, and Python, along with modern cloud-native and data-driven architectures. This role will be instrumental in delivering core platform features, improving system reliability, and contributing to architectural decisions, while remaining highly hands-on.
Location: Mexico (Remote)
Qualifications we are looking for:
6+ years of full stack development experience with strong focus on React, Next.js, and Python
Solid production experience with React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Python
Experience building scalable, distributed web applications
Strong understanding of system design fundamentals, APIs, and backend architecture
Hands-on experience with Supabase (PostgreSQL, Auth, Storage, Realtime) or similar platforms
Experience working with Pinecone or other vector databases for semantic search or AI-driven features
Proficiency in designing and consuming RESTful APIs
Strong knowledge of authentication, authorization, and API security best practices
Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and familiarity with NoSQL or vector databases
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Familiarity with serverless functions, background jobs, and async workflows
Comfort working in Agile teams, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to code quality
Passion for clean, maintainable code and performance optimization
Requirements
Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using React, Next.js, and Python
Build and optimize backend services and APIs, ensuring reliability, performance, and security
Implement and integrate AI-enabled features, including vector search and retrieval workflows using Pinecone
Work closely with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Contribute to system design and architectural discussions, providing practical, hands-on input
Ensure high code quality through code reviews, testing, and best engineering practices
Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues across the stack
Participate in CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and production monitoring
Continuously improve system performance, scalability, and developer experience
Stay up to date with modern frontend, backend, and AI technologies
