THIS IS A CONTRACT TO POSSIBLE HIRE OPPORTUNITY!

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer  who will play a key role in leading a team of developers while also being hands-on in developing and deploying a scalable web application. This role requires expertise in React (Ant Design framework), Python, FastAPI, BigQuery, and Docker, with deployments in Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

The ideal candidate is a strong technical leader who can make decisions, resolve complex issues, and mentor a team of engineers. You will be responsible for designing APIs, defining data architecture, and ensuring high-performance applications that scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership: Lead a team of developers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance.
• Full Stack Development: Design and build user interfaces using React (Ant Design) and develop robust back-end services with Python and FastAPI.
• Database & Analytics: Work with BigQuery to handle large-scale data processing and analytics.
• Code Quality & Best Practices: Ensure high code quality through code reviews, testing, and adherence to software development best practices.
• Issue Resolution & Decision-Making: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, making informed decisions to keep the team moving forward.
• Agile Execution: Work closely with product managers and stakeholders in an agile development environment.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of professional experience in full stack development.
• Strong experience with React, particularly with the Ant Design framework.
• Proficient in Python and FastAPI for backend development.
• Expertise in designing and optimizing APIs and data architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Docker for containerization.
• Experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), particularly BigQuery for data analytics.
• Strong decision-making skills in technical architecture, design patterns, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployments.
• Familiarity with authentication and security best practices in API design.
• Understanding of cloud-native application development.
• Experience working in an agile development environment.
