The Opportunity:

As a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer at Sybill.ai, you will spearhead the development of groundbreaking generative AI features, directly influencing our user experience. This role affords you unparalleled autonomy over the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to deployment. You will:

  1. Design, develop, and ship innovative product features on our Conversational AI platform, from inception to launch.
  2. Own the data and domain-specific design patterns across your features.
  3. Dive into the technical intricacies of developing AI-driven sales tools.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product-led growth through engineering.

    Who You Are:

    To be effective in your role, you will need to :

    1. Take complete ownership from conception through to production release and have the ability to influence, facilitate, and work collaboratively across teams.
    2. Implement good database design in a No-SQL database (we use MongoDB and vector databases).
    3. Have experience with making technical decisions informed by performance and usage metrics.
    4. Thrive in a small engineering team and are excited to manage feature development lifecycles across the stack.
    5. Be passionate about what you're doing and ignite people around you.


      Qualifications:

      1. Experience: 4+ Years of Professional Software Engineering Experience, including at least 2 years of experience with Python or a similar language for REST API backend development, and at least 3 years of experience with React.JS or a similar framework for UI/front-end development.
      2. Familiarity with our technologies: Strong experience with our primary technologies, including React.js, Redux.js for UI development, and Python (FastAPI, Pydantic, Pandas) for backend development.
      3. Experience with NoSQL Databases: Preferable experience working with NoSQL databases, highlighting the ability to handle non-relational data models effectively.
      4. AI Knowledge: Exposure to B2B products leveraging Generative AI is preferred.
      5. Founding developer's journey: Experience with designing and shipping products in a fast-paced startup is preferred.
