The Role
Make an impact. Partnering with stakeholders from a wide range of industries, you create software solutions that fit the needs of the client's domain and business. In these complex organizations, you take a holistic view, integrating the re-quired technical, organizational and business aspects, creating value with a customer-centric approach.
Passion for the craft. You will be responsible for designing IT architecture, building solutions, and consulting our customers strategically. As an expert in the MERN stack, you strive to uplift teams by using the right methodologies and technology tools. You enjoy working in agile software teams to sustainably deliver high quality from day 1.

How you'll make an impact
A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
At least 5 years of work experience, working with different methodologies and architectures
Hands-on experience with full-stack JavaScript frameworks, e.g. MERN (MongoDB, Express, React, and Node.js) and VueJS or similar technologies such as Next.js, NuxtJS
Experience with Typescript is highly appreciated, and some knowledge of Java is a plus.
Experience with building and deploying your solutions, for example in cloud environments like AWS, Azure, GCP
Strong understanding and appreciation of agile methodologies
Communication skills that allow you to coordinate between business and technical stakeholders
Openness and proactiveness allowing you to respond to changes with agility, while learning in the process
Experience in leading teams and in contributing to the overall strategy and direction of a project is a plus
