In this role, AI coding is at our heart. We don't just use AI for autocomplete; we build with agentic coding frameworks to radically accelerate our feature delivery. You will tackle a wide array of high-scale challenges, from responsive UI/UX to robust backend services, ensuring our platform remains fun, fast, and resilient for over 1 million daily active users (DAUs).
- Holistic Product Group Impact: You will join a cross-functional product group (with peers from Sales, CS, Support, Data, and Marketing). Together, you will understand customer needs, define the roadmap, and execute weekly sprints.
- Constant Delivery & Scale: You are responsible for pushing your product forward from a technical perspective. You will architect, code, and deploy features to production at a massive scale.
- AI-First Engineering: You will lead by example in leveraging advanced AI prompting and agentic workflows to automate boilerplate, optimize debugging, and multiply your team's delivery velocity.
- 5+ years of experience working with frontend and backend technologies at scale.
- Deep experience developing backend services in Python or/and robust frontends in React or React Native.
- Proven experience scaling services to millions of active users using containerization (Kubernetes) and modern cloud platforms.
- Deep understanding of a wide variety of technical tools: databases, queues, state management (MobX, Redux), and microservices architectures.
- The AI Edge: Active experience with AI prompting, integration of AI APIs, and a strong desire to integrate agentic coding frameworks into your daily engineering workflow.

Skills Required
- 5+ years working with frontend and backend technologies at scale
