About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with 8–10 years of experience who’s passionate about AI, optimization, and infrastructure reliability. You’ll play a hands-on role in strengthening the Tadabase platform through QA, debugging, system improvements, and performance tuning — while also helping us explore and implement emerging AI-driven capabilities across the stack.
You’ll work closely with our engineering and AI teams to ensure Tadabase remains fast, stable, and ready for the next generation of intelligent automation.
What You’ll Do
- Lead QA and performance optimization efforts across the Tadabase platform
- Diagnose and resolve complex issues across the full stack (Laravel, Angular, MySQL, Aurora RDS)
- Optimize database performance, indexing, and query efficiency
- Strengthen infrastructure and improve monitoring, logging, and uptime reliability
- Collaborate on integrating AI-powered workflows and backend intelligence into the product
- Partner with the product and support teams to reproduce, debug, and resolve platform issues
- Contribute to long-term infrastructure architecture and scalability planning
- Establish engineering standards for testing, performance, and release quality
What You Bring
- 8–10 years of professional software engineering experience
- Deep proficiency in Laravel (PHP), Angular, and MySQL
- Strong background in database optimization, infrastructure management, and debugging
- Experience managing and scaling Aurora RDS or similar relational databases
- Hands-on experience with QA, performance monitoring, and system reliability
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for AI technologies and how they can enhance user experiences
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or similar)
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem solving
- Bonus: Experience with SaaS, no-code/low-code platforms, or AI-driven applications
