- Design and implement business process automations for campaign optimization, bid management, and reporting workflows
- Maintain and enhance existing Python-based UI with occasional feature development as business needs evolve
- Build data pipelines and ETL processes to automate analytics and business intelligence tasks
- Develop automated monitoring and alerting systems for campaign performance and system health
- Create workflow orchestration for complex multi-step business processes (bidding strategies, budget allocation, performance optimization)
- Integrate third-party services and APIs for business process automation
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience with strong frontend (Javascript/Typescript) and backend (Python) capabilities
- Experience in developing and maintaining high-load systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance
- Cloud expertise: Hands-on experience working with AWS services and cloud-native architectures
- Event-driven architecture experience: Building and maintaining systems based on asynchronous communication and message queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS, etc.)
- Analytics and reporting: Experience building automated reporting systems and dashboards
- UI maintenance capabilities: Comfortable maintaining and making incremental improvements to existing frontend applications (React, Vue, or similar)
- Integration experience: Working with REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party service integrations
- Business process automation experience: Background in building systems that automate complex business workflows
- Data pipeline expertise: Experience with data processing frameworks (Apache Airflow, Dagster, or similar) and integration with analytical databases (ClickHouse, BigQuery, or similar)
- Scripting and automation: Strong Python skills for building automated solutions and integrations
- Logging, monitoring, and alerting: Experience setting up observability systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Sentry, or similar)
- Communication: Strong English skills for cross-team collaboration
- Hybrid type of work, required relocation to Barcelona.
