Senior Full Stack Engineer

Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Engineer with 4+ years of experience in full-stack application development. Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-quality web applications across frontend and backend platforms. Requires strong expertise in ReactJS, Java, Spring Boot, API development, and database technologies. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions that support a modern ecosystem of web, Android, and iOS applications. Analyzes user requirements and contributes to technical solutions with minimal supervision.

Essential Functions:

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications using ReactJS, Java, and Spring Boot.

• Build reusable components, services, and libraries to support scalable application development.

• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services consumed by web and mobile applications.

• Design, optimize, and maintain database solutions using SQL and PostgreSQL.

• Collaborate with Product, UX, Mobile, and Engineering teams to define, design, and deliver new features.

• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and implement responsive, accessible, and user-friendly experiences.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues across frontend and backend systems.

• Develop and maintain automated unit, integration, and functional tests to ensure application quality, reliability, and maintainability.

• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and design reviews to promote engineering best practices.

• Support and lead small to medium complexity projects and system components.

• Provide peer support and assist in onboarding and mentoring junior engineers.

• Work within Agile development processes, including sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives.

• Document development processes, technical designs, and implementation decisions.

• Implement security, performance, observability, and data protection best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience.

• 4+ years of software development experience with full-stack web applications.

• Strong hands-on experience with ReactJS, Java, and Spring Boot.

• Experience designing and developing REST APIs and microservices.

• Strong experience with SQL and PostgreSQL.

• Experience with Git and modern version control practices.

• Strong understanding of frontend architecture, component-based design, and state management.

• Strong understanding of backend architecture, software design principles, testing, debugging, and performance optimization.

• Experience working in Agile development environments.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Python or Scala.

• Exposure to Snowflake or modern data engineering platforms.

• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, or containerized application development.

• Experience with Azure, AWS, or other cloud platforms.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

• Experience implementing authentication and authorization solutions using OAuth, JWT, SSO, or similar technologies.

• Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, or similar tools.
