Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Full Stack Engineer – Team Lead, you will:
- Lead and mentor a team of GenAI engineers, fostering technical excellence and rapid iteration.
- Architect and oversee development of full-stack applications that optimize research and IP workflows.
- Guide the integration of LLMs into production systems for document generation, summarization, classification, semantic search, and agentic execution.
- Partner with research, IP, and executive stakeholders to define requirements, align priorities, and deliver high-value solutions.
- Establish and enforce best practices for reliability, performance, and scalability across the stack.
- Contribute hands-on to critical design and implementation decisions, balancing leadership with coding.
- Shape the roadmap of Ofinno’s AI agent platform, including retrieval pipelines and semantic search capabilities.
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, including demonstrated leadership of projects or small teams.
- Strong expertise in back-end development (Python, Node.js, or Java) and modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).
- Experience deploying and scaling applications in cloud environments.
- Familiarity with LLMs, AI agents, or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) architectures.
- Proven ability to mentor junior engineers and elevate team performance.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to align technical solutions with business needs.
- Track record of delivering production systems from concept to deployment.
