We are seeking to hire a highly skilled Full-Stack Engineer with solid experience in JavaScript/TypeScript to design and build new features end-to-end—from React 18 UI components to Node.js APIs. The ideal candidate is passionate about clean code, development best practices, and thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop new pages and reusable components in Next.js, leveraging a shared design system.
- Build and maintain backend services in Node.js (using Express or Next API Routes) interacting with PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
- Implement event tracking and experimentation hooks to support the growth team.
- Write and maintain automated tests using Jest and React Testing Library on the frontend, and Jest or Mocha on the backend.
- Take ownership of deployments through CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions).
- Monitor and troubleshoot production issues using AWS CloudWatch and related tools.
- Actively participate in code reviews, pair programming, and technical mentoring.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Advanced knowledge of React 18 and Next.js, including SSR (Server-side Rendering) and ISR (Incremental Static Regeneration).
- Solid backend development experience with Node.js and Express.
- Proficiency in REST and/or GraphQL API design patterns.
- Fluency working with SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
- Hands-on experience with core AWS services: Lambda, ECS/EKS, S3, CloudWatch.
- Familiarity with modern dev tools like Docker, Redis, and GitHub Actions.
- Strong collaboration skills and experience with mentoring and code reviews.
