Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Python & React)

Job Overview:
InVitro Capital is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer with deep expertise in React, Python, cloud-native architectures, and AI/ML integrations. As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you’ll design and build scalable, high-performance platforms that seamlessly unite robust Python back-end services with intuitive React front-ends. You’ll integrate advanced machine-learning models, optimize system performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the future of our technology. Work setup:
Monday to Friday, Pacific Time Zone. This is a hybrid position; team members are expected to work from our Cairo office at least once a week for in-person collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement reliable, secure full-stack solutions using Python frameworks (Django, Flask, or FastAPI) and React.
• Create RESTful APIs and modular microservices that enable seamless integrations and extensibility.
• Partner with data scientists to embed ML models (TensorFlow, PyTorch) into production workflows, ensuring real-world performance and maintainability.
• Tune relational (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases and application stacks for high availability, performance, and scalability.
• Engage with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to deliver cohesive, user-centric experiences.
• Write clean, efficient, and testable code; enforce industry best practices and rigorous code review standards.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and methodologies; pilot new tools and frameworks to continuously elevate our stack.
  

Minimum Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional full-stack development experience with React and Python.
• Strong command of Python and at least one major web framework (Django, Flask, or FastAPI), plus building secure, scalable server architectures.
• Advanced skill in React, TypeScript, and modern front-end workflows (component design, state management, performance optimization).
• Demonstrated ability to design end-to-end solutions—from data models through API layers to UI.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience bringing ML models into production and maintaining data pipelines.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD tooling, and cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• A track record of meaningful contributions to public projects or a demonstrable portfolio on GitHub.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments and adapting to evolving requirements.
