Senior Full Stack Engineer (Python/React) - Ankara, TR

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to become part of our mission focused and high performing engineering team, and work closely with colleagues in Ankara, Berlin and our Silicon Valley Headquarters, to drive meaningful AI product innovation at massive scale.

The Mission: TrustLab is building the trust and safety layer that enables AI agents to be deployed responsibly, as well as other scalable AI solutions, at global scale. We develop and deploy advanced autonomous AI systems that monitor, evaluate and observe agents during development and in production. Founded by senior leaders from Google, YouTube, TikTok, and Reddit, TrustLab’s solutions are industry leading and used by global technology brands to support their daily operations.

The Impact: You are part of a team that is responsible for some of the most critical components of our AI centric tech stack. You define and deploy central parts of our global platform that evaluates cutting edge customer AI systems at scale. You will work as part of our global technical leadership team to push the boundaries of what’s possible with state of the art AI Tech, and deep commitment to customer success and creating industry leading solutions.

What You’ll Do:

• Drive product features from intuitive React frontends (TypeScript) to robust Python (Django/FastAPI) backends.

• Set the standard for code quality and scalability in a fast-moving, early-stage product environment.

• Influence product direction, technical standards, and architectural decisions from day one.

• Build the workflows that allow human-in-the-loop AI to function at peak efficiency.

• Build internal and customer facing tools used daily to improve AI agent behavior

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 5+ years of professional software development

• Deep expertise in either backend development (Python with Django/FastAPI/Flask) or frontend development (React with TypeScript), with demonstrated experience contributing across the full stack.

• UX Sensibility: Attention to detail with an eye for usability. You care about building tools that are as performant as they are intuitive.

Bonus points:

• Experience working with coding agents (Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, or similar) is a strong plus

• Experience deploying and operating services on AWS (or another major cloud provider) is a strong plus.

• Experience building or integrating AI agent systems (LLM workflows, tool-use, orchestration frameworks, or evaluation pipelines) is a plus
