How you’ll create opportunities in this Senior Application Developer role:
Design, develop, test, debug, document, maintain, and enhance complex web-based applications, integrations, APIs, workflows, and application components.
Build maintainable solutions using technologies such as .NET, Node.js, React, TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, SQL, APIs, Git, automated testing, and CI/CD practices.
Design and support containerized application architectures, data models, transformations, integrations, data-quality checks, and connections to enterprise systems, databases, files, and APIs.
Translate business requirements into practical technical designs, identify risks, recommend solutions, and help establish development standards across project teams.
Perform unit testing and contribute to test planning, implementation, upgrades, production support, and architectural and code-level documentation.
Monitor application performance and reliability, help ensure service expectations are met, and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Estimate project effort, define technical tasks, meet agreed-upon deadlines, and communicate risks, blockers, and dependencies early.
Partner with product owners, architects, developers, business users, leaders, vendors, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements, evaluate options, and demonstrate functionality.
Use modern AI-assisted and agentic development approaches, including large language models, Model Context Protocol concepts, and agentic coding frameworks, when appropriate.
Mentor team members, share technical knowledge, and contribute to continuous improvement across the application development practice.
What you will need:
4 years required; 6 years of relevant application development experience preferred
Experience developing and supporting enterprise applications, web applications, APIs, workflows, integrations, or platform-based solutions preferred
Hands-on experience with modern application development technologies, preferably including .NET, Node.js, React, TypeScript or JavaScript, SQL, and API development.
Experience working across multiple projects and technologies in a collaborative team environment.
Experience with source control, automated testing, CI/CD practices, and modern cloud or container-based application architecture.
Experience using AI-assisted development tools or agentic development approaches preferred.
Bachelor’s degree is required. Combination of relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree.
