The Growth org will be the culture carrier and driver of innovation for the future of Superbet, and this role is crucial to its success. We’re building a world-class Growth function to power Superbet’s next stage of expansion. This role will be foundational in turning ideas into scalable systems and experiments into outcomes to build our global Growth engine. We’re looking for a Growth Engineer to join our Growth team at Superbet — helping us unlock scale across user acquisition, activation, engagement, monetization, and retention. In this role, you’ll work across the growth funnel — shipping fast, running experiments, and collaborating closely with product, data, and design to drive real user and business impact.
- Drive measurable Business and User outcomes by delivering experiments and features
- Identify, design, build and launch experiments across the growth funnel — from onboarding to engagement mechanics to monetization opportunities.
- Design, implement, and evaluate A/B tests to optimize user flows and maximize key KPIs.
- Move fast, iterate often, and always tie your work back to impact.
Key Skills:
- Growth & Builder mentality — You’ll do what it takes to ship, test, learn, and scale.
- 5+ years of experience building production-grade web applications (React, Node.js, TypeScript, etc.).
- Strong A/B testing skills — you know how to design, run, and analyze experiments the right way.
- Experience working in high-scale systems and familiarity with modern web architectures.
- Obsession with outcomes over outputs — you care more about impact than perfect code.
- Curious, fast-moving, and comfortable with ambiguity and change.
- Comfortable balancing speed, quality, and pragmatism in high-impact environments.
- Product-driven mindset — you think in terms of user experience, not just features.
