Essential Job Functions:
• Architect, develop, and maintain modern web applications using Next.js 15, leveraging App Router, Server Components, and server-side rendering (SSR) capabilities.
• Design and implement real-time user experiences using technologies such as Server-Sent Events (SSE) and WebSocket-based communication.
• Build scalable, schema-driven forms and multi-step workflows using modern validation frameworks and reusable UI patterns.
• Own application state management, authentication integration, and API communication layers to deliver secure and seamless user experiences.
• Design, develop, and integrate extensible mini-application frameworks, including secure sandboxing, dynamic module loading, and application verification mechanisms.
• Create, customize, and deploy AI-powered agents using vibecoding UI templates and platform development tooling.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver responsive, high-quality, and innovative digital solutions that meet business objectives.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Typically, 5+ years of professional experience developing modern web applications using TypeScript and React.
• Strong expertise in React development, including hooks, context API, component architecture, and server component patterns.
• Hands-on experience with Next.js App Router, SSR, API routes, middleware, streaming, and modern frontend application architectures.
• Proven experience implementing and maintaining scalable state management solutions, such as Redux Toolkit or equivalent technologies.
• Experience building user interfaces with Tailwind CSS and modern component libraries such as Radix UI, shadcn/ui, or similar frameworks.
• Solid understanding of real-time communication protocols, including SSE, WebSocket technologies, and event-driven UI development patterns.
• Familiarity with Docker-based development workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and Kubernetes fundamentals.
• Knowledge of AI-powered user experiences, LLM integrations, and agent-driven interaction models.
