What We Do
Auditoria is redefining the working experience of financial teams. Many businesses still work with manual workflows, disjointed data, and repetitive tasks that make processes slow and cumbersome. With artificial intelligence, natural language understanding, and intelligent automation, Auditoria is designed to deliver on a faster, more predictable, and more accurate financial process. Auditoria’s SmartFinance Platform is a digital workforce for financial operations. It learns processes by analyzing workflows, identifying transactional tasks with the highest volume, and automating them at scale with unmatched consistency and at an enterprise level of controls. It integrates directly into ERPs, CRMs, ticketing, and other systems in order to reduce manual data entry, eliminate duplication, and standardize outcomes. Auditoria automatically tracks receivables and reach out to accelerate collections by collecting, analyzing documentation and send custom, natural language emails. Engagement changes dynamically based on account behavior, leading to better response and payment performance. The company optimizes the accounts payable process, automatically processing invoices, validating invoice data, automating exception handling and approvals, and conducting vendor communication. The result: reduced errors, faster invoice throughput and better visibility into liabilities and payment timing. Auditoria also automates the preparation of documents for audits, internal controls, and regulatory compliance reviews by automatically organizing, collecting, and verifying supporting evidence, reducing the time and effort spent on activities across the financial close cycle. Through use of the platform, companies are reporting less manual effort, stronger working capital positions, faster close cycles, and increased confidence in financial reporting, so that financial teams can focus on analysis, insight, and strategy.
