We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team in Kochi, India. The ideal candidate will have strong experience building scalable web applications and working across both frontend and backend technologies.
This role requires a hands-on developer with 7+ years of experience who can design, develop, and maintain modern web applications while collaborating closely with product, design, and DevOps teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesFull Stack Development
Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications.
Build responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces.
Develop secure and high-performance backend services and APIs.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices.
Work with databases and optimize data storage and retrieval performance.
Implement authentication, authorization, and application security practices.
Develop modern UI components and dynamic interfaces.
Ensure applications are responsive, accessible, and optimized for performance.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to deliver seamless user experiences.
Work closely with product managers, designers, and DevOps teams.
Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and sprint planning.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues efficiently.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical best practices.
Required SkillsTechnical Skills
Strong experience with frontend technologies (React.js / Angular / Vue.js).
Proficiency in backend development using Node.js, Java, .NET, or Python.
Experience building and consuming REST APIs.
Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks.
Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases.
Familiarity with Git and version control systems.
Understanding of cloud platforms and DevOps practices is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to work in agile development environments.
Strong ownership and accountability mindset.
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
✅ Preference: Candidates who are NPW (Notice Period Waived / Immediate Joiners) will be preferred.
