Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, testing, and deploying key features for our cutting-edge SaaS platform. You will leverage your deep expertise in JavaScript and Python, along with your broader programming knowledge, to build high-quality, scalable, and resilient distributed systems. As a senior member, you will also contribute to architectural decisions, mentor junior engineers, and help drive technical excellence within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance features across the full stack of our SaaS platform.
• Write clean, efficient, maintainable, and well-documented code primarily using JavaScript (Front-end frameworks like React/Vue/Angular, Node.js) and Python.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Architect and implement robust, scalable, and performant back-end services and APIs.
• Develop intuitive and responsive user interfaces using modern front-end technologies.
• Contribute to the design and evolution of our distributed systems architecture.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues across various environments.
• Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices.
• (If applicable based on DevOps knowledge) Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, monitoring, and overall operational excellence.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience (typically 5+ years) as a Full Stack Developer, with a significant portion in a senior capacity.
• Deep expertise and hands-on experience with JavaScript (including ES6+, async patterns, popular frameworks/libraries like React, Vue, Angular, or Node.js) and Python, including experience with web frameworks (FastAPI), data manipulation libraries (Pandas), and testing tools (Pytest).
• Solid understanding of front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, responsive design).
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Proficiency with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and database design.
• Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.  
• Experience working on large-scale, distributed systems or SaaS platforms.  

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points):

• Working knowledge of PHP (including modern frameworks like CodeIgniter, Laravel or Symfony). Experience with other programming languages (e.g., Go, Rust) is also appreciated.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., CI/CD pipelines like Jenkins/GitLab CI/GitHub Actions, containerization with Docker/Kubernetes, cloud platforms like AWS/GCP/Azure, monitoring tools like Prometheus/Grafana/Datadog).
• Experience with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).
• Experience with message queues (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka, SQS).
• Familiarity with data processing, ETL pipelines, or data warehousing concepts.
• Understanding of basic Machine Learning (ML) concepts.
• Familiarity with relevant AI/ML libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow)
• Experience integrating with third-party AI/ML APIs or services.
• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks (unit, integration, end-to-end).
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
• Understanding of microservices architecture.
