Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with extensive experience in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-level web applications for federal agencies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ASP.NET MVC, SQL Server, and modern front-end frameworks, with a proven track record of delivering secure, scalable, and high-performance solutions in Agile environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead development and maintenance of ASP.NET MVC web applications (.NET Framework 4.7) for federal clients, including the FBI, Department of Energy, and Department of Defense.
Design and implement features such as data import/export, dashboards, reporting tools, and service monitoring.
Migrate legacy systems and services to modern architectures using ASP.NET, web services, and PowerShell.
Develop and optimize SQL Server stored procedures, views, and SSIS packages.
Build and maintain front-end components using JavaScript, jQuery, and Telerik Kendo UI Framework; familiarity with Bootstrap is a plus.
Participate in Agile Scrum two-week sprints, including code reviews, pair programming, and design sessions.
Collaborate with customers to refine requirements and deliver secure solutions.
Support deployment processes and automation on secure networks, including preparation for classified environments.
Provide occasional customer support and contribute to knowledge sharing through presentations and mentoring.
Required Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
8+ years of professional software engineering experience; in lieu of a degree, 4 additional years of relevant experience may be substituted.
Technical Skills:
Strong proficiency in ASP.NET (C#) and MVC architecture (.NET Framework 4.7).
Expertise in Microsoft SQL Server (CRUD operations, stored procedures, query optimization).
Experience with Entity Framework as ORM.
Front-end development with JavaScript, jQuery, and Telerik Kendo UI Framework; familiarity with Bootstrap.
Version control using Git (GitLab experience is a plus).
Additional Skills:
Familiarity with SSIS, Selenium UI testing, and AWS S3 buckets.
Experience with Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) is a plus.
Knowledge of deployment automation using PowerShell.
Clearance:
Top Secret clearance required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with government contracting and secure environments.
Knowledge of CAC/PIV integration and single sign-on solutions.
Familiarity with legacy system modernization and architecture upgrades.
