To support us in realising our ambitious goals, we're seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with experience in both front-end and back-end coding, particularly with Elixir and React.js. Your primary focus will be developing frontend and backend code including working with AI integration. You will ensure that components and the overall application are robust and easy to maintain. You will coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure. You will work in a modern enterprise web stack with an experienced development team.
Here's a snapshot of your main responsibilities:
Build responsive, user-friendly, large scale SaaS applications
Hands on development work, building efficient and robust React components
Working directly with design/product teams to realise designs
Ensure best engineering practices are met, mentor/coach junior team members and write tested, maintainable code
Assist the team in solving complex technical problems
Provide guidance and leadership in your core area of expertise
Develop and maintain technical documentation
Maintain an open mindset regarding AI trends and opportunities in development
Apply AI tools to everyday development workflows to improve productivity and code quality
About You:

In addition here are the skills and experience we feel will help you succeed in this role:
Specific Technical Skills Required
Practical experience in Elixir programming language. Or considerable experience with any backend programming languages like PHP/Erlang/Ruby etc.
Deep Javascript and CSS knowledge, experience with React
Understanding of, or experience with the following: Material UI or Bootstrap, Jest/React-Testing-library, React hooks, Storybook
Unit Testing and TDD
Performance monitoring and optimisation considerations, e.g. caching, or javascript performance
Experience with developing large scale web applications
Experience with NoSQL/Graph databases, particularly MongoDB
Understand configuration, performance issues and security issues related to web applications
Bonus points for experience with:
Machine learning frameworks or AI integration
Vector databases for enhanced search functionality
Natural language processing libraries or services
Computer vision technologies
Demonstrated experience incorporating AI tools into development workflows
Experience using AI for code assistance, quality improvement, or development optimisation
